Join Darrell Griggs of A Grateful Southern Gent for a hands-on leather workshop at Reinvintage Warehouse. In this beginner-friendly class, participants will create their own custom leather bracelet while learning foundational leatherworking techniques.
Darrell will guide students through the process of choosing materials, exploring the differences between veg leather and tanned leather, and learning the cowboy stitch, a classic hand-stitching technique used in leatherwork. Participants will also have the opportunity to personalize their piece with their choice of leather colors & embossed designs, making each finished bracelet unique to their own style.
This workshop is a great introduction to leather crafting and a meaningful way to create a small, functional piece by hand.
